Customs and Import Tax

Please be aware that there might added taxes and custom fees collected on delivery in your country. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay them.

Shipping


We primarily use Canada Post for shipping locally, to the United States and Internationally. Shipping prices and delivery times are an estimate based on information provided by Canada Post. If the shipping prices or delivery times seem extraordinarily high, please drop us a message!

Order Tracking


In order to keep the cost of shipping down on lower priced items we provide untracked shipping options! Please note which shipping option is selected at checkout!

Order Processing Times


It will take roughly 1-2 business days on average to process your order from when it is recieved. Orders will not be processed on holidays.

Service Interruptions


Please refer to Canada Post's Service Alerts for any service interruptions for your region.

Packaging


We try to use fully recycleable packaging as much as possible! Please double check if the packaging can be recycled in your area before tossing it out!

Returns


We do our best to describe our products, picture them, and package them as accurately and safely as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if your item gets lost, please contact us to find a solution and/or return if necessary.

You can ask for a return up to 14 days after you have recieved the goods. In order to obtain a refund the goods must first be returned (except in case of lost parcel). 

Please note that the shipping cost is not refunded and that the refund will include the price of the item(s) only. 

The return's shipping price will be the sole charge of the customer.

Commercial Use


Please note that commerical use of our products is prohibited. This includes and is not limited to reselling products, and using our products to create another product (ex. using stickers in key caps and selling the key caps). For commercial inquires please reach out.
